Kazakhstan ranked 49th out of 186 countries in the World Prosperity Index, scoring 47.36 points and surpassing nations like Russia, Türkiye, China, and its Central Asian neighbors.
The index, compiled by Canada's HelloSafe analytical platform, evaluates prosperity based on six indicators: GDP per capita, GNI per capita, national savings rate, HDI, Gini coefficient, and poverty rate.
Luxembourg topped the list with 86.2 points, followed by Norway (85.1) and Ireland (84.7). European countries dominate the top 20 rankings. Kazakhstan's placement highlights its improving economic and social development metrics.
