The Assembly of People of Kazakhstan is set to convene in April

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree convening the 33rd session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, scheduled to take place on April 24-25, as reported by the Akorda press service.

The upcoming 33rd session, themed "Unity. Creation. Progress," will be held at the Presidential Center in Astana.

The previous 32nd session centered on the principles of coexistence and interaction among various cultures within Kazakhstan.

Initially established in 1995 as a consultative and advisory body, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan seeks to enhance the effectiveness of interaction between the state and civil society in matters related to inter-ethnic relations.
