China Southern Airlines has announced the launch of regular passenger flights between Almaty and Beijing, with service starting on January 25. This development follows the recent establishment of a visa-free regime between Kazakhstan and China on November 10. The flights will operate three times a week using Airbus A320 planes and are expected to bolster economic, cultural, and tourism ties between the nations. (Source:astanatimes)

Departing from Beijing Daxing International Airport, situated about 46 kilometers from the city center, the airline aims to leverage this state-of-the-art hub inaugurated in September 2019, equipped with four runways. China Southern Airlines, recognized as one of China's top three airlines, operates an extensive network serving over 230 cities globally with a fleet of more than 650 aircraft.
