Kazakhstan and Singapore Committed to Expand Collaboration
The Akorda press service reported that President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Speaker of the Singaporean Parliament Seah Kian Peng affirmed their dedication to enhancing bilateral relations between their respective countries during their meeting on April 30.
“We are reliable, time-tested partners. We have made great progress in fortifying our ties, but we also have ambitious plans for expanding our cooperation,” said Tokayev.(Source:astanatimes)
The President emphasized the significance of parliamentary diplomacy in enhancing international cooperation and fostering dialogue among nations.
Seah, on the other hand, conveyed appreciation to the President for his hospitality and acknowledged the substantial opportunity to bolster cooperation.
Presently, Kazakhstan hosts over 140 Singaporean companies and joint ventures, with investments totaling more than $1.4 billion.
