Kazakhstan Improves Ranking in Henley Passport Index 2025
Kazakhstan's passport has risen to 65th place in the 2025 Henley Passport Index, securing visa-free or simplified access to 77 countries. This is an improvement from the previous year, when it ranked 66th.
The index ranks 199 passports globally, with Singapore in the lead, offering access to 195 destinations. Japan follows closely with 193, while several EU countries, including France, Germany, and Spain, share third place with South Korea and Finland, offering access to 192 destinations.
Afghanistan, with access to only 26 visa-free destinations, ranks at the bottom of the list, in 106th place.
