Russian company plans to supply insulin to Kazakhstan
The Russian company Geropharm plans to supply insulin to Kazakhstan, TASS reports.

“The St. Petersburg company Geropharm and the Karaganda pharmaceutical complex plan to launch insulin production at the facilities of the Kazakhstan plant by the end of 2024. The contract for localization of production was concluded in June 2023. The insulin substance will be supplied from St. Petersburg, and the bottling and packaging stages will be in Karaganda,” reports the press service of the St. Petersburg administration.
It is planned to supply insulin substance from St. Petersburg, and bottle and package the medicine in Karaganda. Geropharm is the only full-cycle insulin manufacturer in Russia.
