In 2024, over $30.6 million was allocated to the targeted savings accounts of 304,815 program participants who are turning 18 this year. Similarly, in Almaty city, 666,443 children received nearly $67 million, with $2.6 million credited to the targeted savings accounts of 26,621 young adults reaching adulthood this year. The Almaty Region ranked third, with 608,711 children benefiting from $61.1 million, including $2.6 million allocated to 26,802 recipients of the targeted savings accounts turning 18 this year.
All children are entitled to receive the same amount of $100.52 from Kazakhstan’s National Fund in 2024, with this sum expected to increase annually due to the growth of the National Fund’s assets and investment returns, as highlighted by the UAPS.(Source:astanatimes)
