LOT Polish Airlines has launched a direct air route between Almaty and Warsaw.
Flights on the Almaty–Warsaw–Almaty route will operate four times per week using Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, improving air connectivity between Kazakhstan’s largest city and the capital of Poland.
An official presentation of the new route was held at Warsaw Chopin Airport, attended by representatives of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Poland, government officials, business representatives, tourism sector stakeholders, and LOT Polish Airlines management, according to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
Officials emphasized that the new route is expected to strengthen economic, cultural, and tourism ties between Kazakhstan and Poland. The launch is also aligned with Kazakhstan’s strategy to expand international transport connectivity and reinforce its role as a regional aviation hub.
