Bakayev expressed gratitude for France’s support in facilitating visa negotiations between Kazakhstan and the European Union, which would bolster business, educational, and cultural ties.
Emphasizing the strategic partnership between the two nations, Bakayev also acknowledged France’s role in migration management.
