Kazakhstan Ranks 70th in Global Human Progress Index

Kazakhstan placed 70th out of 196 countries in the 2024 Human Progress Index (HPI) published by CEOWORLD magazine, earning a score of 79.32 and securing a position in the “very high quality of life” category.

This result positions Kazakhstan as the regional leader in Central Asia.

The HPI evaluates countries based on key indicators such as life expectancy, education, political stability, per capita income, and overall quality of life. Higher scores reflect better living conditions and greater opportunities for citizens.

Switzerland topped the global ranking, followed by Norway, Iceland, and Hong Kong. Other countries in the top ten include Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia.
