Kazakhstan boosted oil exports to Germany through the Druzhba pipeline to 225,000 tons in October, up from 180,000 tons in September. The country plans to supply 2 million tons through Druzhba in 2025, below the initial target of 2.5 million tons, Energy Monitor reported.
In parallel, exports via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline rose to 27,000 tons in October, compared to 18,000 tons in September. Total shipments through BTC are projected at 1.2 million tons this year, short of the planned 1.7 million tons.
Combined, Kazakhstan expects to transport about 3.3 million tons of crude through the Druzhba and BTC routes in 2025, representing roughly 5.5% of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s (CPC) export capacity.
