Kazakhstan is actively expanding its international flight network, with 567 weekly foreign flights operating on 121 routes to 28 countries.
On May 7, Kazakhstan and Egypt agreed to increase weekly flights from 14 to 48 and permitted destinations from two to three each. Uzbekistan Airways plans to launch Almaty-Nukus flights from June 1, while Kazakh Minister of Tourism and Sports advocated for direct flights and eased visa requirements during a meeting with Jordan's Ambassador to Kazakhstan.(Source:astanatimes)
