Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan Presidents Hold High-Level Talks in Tashkent

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan and President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan held comprehensive negotiations in Tashkent, reaffirming the strong strategic partnership between the two nations.

President Tokayev expressed gratitude for Uzbekistan’s warm welcome and hospitality. The leaders discussed expanding cooperation across key sectors, including trade, industry, transport and logistics, energy, agriculture, and water management.

They also emphasized the importance of deepening cultural and humanitarian ties. The Presidents exchanged views on regional and international issues, underscoring their commitment to continued collaboration and shared development goals, reported Akorda.
