Kazakhstan and Grenada Sign Visa Exemption Agreement for Diplomats

Kazakhstan’s Permanent Representative to the UN Kairat Umarov and Grenada’s Permanent Representative to the UN Ingrid Jackson signed an agreement on Aug. 18 establishing visa-free entry for holders of diplomatic and service passports.

The agreement allows stays of up to 30 days and is aimed at fostering bilateral cooperation and strengthening friendly relations. It will enter into force after the completion of internal procedures and the exchange of diplomatic notifications.

Diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Grenada were established in November 2012.
