Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu held bilateral talks with counterparts from Armenia, Austria, Cyprus, and the EU on December 4 during the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Malta. Discussions focused on boosting political dialogue, trade, and cultural cooperation.
EU High Representative Kaja Kallas reaffirmed support for President Tokayev's reforms to improve Kazakhstan’s socio-economic conditions and regional stability. Nurtleu highlighted Kazakhstan’s commitment to deepening ties under the Agreement on Expanded Partnership and Cooperation with the EU.
