Italian PM Giorgia Meloni to Visit Kazakhstan on April 26–27
Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan on April 26–27 at the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The visit will include high-level talks aimed at deepening the strategic partnership between the two countries. Discussions are expected to focus on expanding bilateral cooperation across a range of sectors.
On April 27, Astana will host the inaugural Central Asia–Italy summit, marking a significant step in regional diplomatic engagement, according to Akorda.
The visit follows President Tokayev’s official trip to Italy last year, during which both leaders commended the steady development of diplomatic ties. They highlighted the transformation of relations into a robust partnership grounded in mutual trust, shared values, and constructive cooperation.
