Andrey Timchenko has been elected as head of the board of Bereke Bank JSC, reports Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

“Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision of the Board of Directors dated November 16, 2023, Timchenko A. has been elected as chairman of the bank’s board,” read the statement.
Now the board of the bank consists of three people: Timchenko A.I., Kasenov S.M., Anikina A.V.
