Air Astana Suspends Dubai Flights
Kazakhstan’s national carrier Air Astana will temporarily suspend flights to Dubai from July 21 through Aug. 31 due to the deteriorating security situation in the Strait of Hormuz and the wider Gulf region.
According to the airline, scheduled services to Dubai will continue to operate until July 21 to facilitate the return of passengers. Air Astana said affected passengers will be offered a full refund through their original point of purchase, the option to rebook their tickets for later travel dates free of charge, or to change their bookings to other international destinations served by the airline.
