AIF 2025 to Feature Alatau City: A Vision for Future Urban Innovation
The Astana International Forum (AIF) 2025 will spotlight Alatau City, Kazakhstan’s cutting-edge urban development project, during a panel titled “Alatau City: The Future Is Now” on May 29.
Alatau City, located in the Almaty agglomeration, aims to pioneer advanced technologies in PropTech, low-altitude economy (LAE), urban air mobility (UAM), and digital institutional frameworks. Unveiled by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Singapore in May 2024, the project has attracted significant global investor and expert interest.
The panel will cover legal and institutional frameworks, integration of drones and autonomous systems, and the development of Kazakhstan’s LAE financial ecosystem to boost economic growth and international investment.
Experts from investment, technology, real estate, and government sectors will engage in an open discussion. The session will be conducted in English with Kazakh and Russian interpretation.
